Pizza Timer 1.3

Noise Update for Pizza Timer

Originally, the 1.3 was gonna be released on April 1st, but I forgo (skull emoji), and also The Noise Update came to Pizza Tower, so of course, I had to implement it here.

So, let's see what's new in this update:

• Noise mode:
  The madman himself its here. In the main menu, you'll see that the little easter egg noise button is now replaced with Peppino. Click it to change modes, and you'll hear a familiar Woag.
  In noise mode, the music (It's Pizza Time and The Death that I Deservioli) will be replaced by The Noise's variants.
  The ranks also show The Noise, so, don't get a D if you want to live.
  Noise's Lap 3 still uses Pillar John's Revenge, as, there still is not a clear and iconic Lap 3 for the noise as PJR was with Peppino.
  When there's a clear winner, I'll change it, the code is already made with that in mind.
• Crumbling Tower of Pizza:
  This was originally the 1.3 update, but Noise came here, so, you know the drill.
  When you deactivated Pizza Face, it still showed on the timer, but when the time was over, it just closes the program. It was kind of weird and off, so now when you deactivate Pizza Face on the options, it replaces him with the Crumbling Tower Icon! So now, when the time's up, it'll do the action that's defined to do (Hibernate, Shutdown, or your custom command). Now you can use Pizza Timer to shut down your computer at night more easily! (It doesn't work with Pizza Face because he doesn't detect your mouse until you move it). No "Bye bye there" because the loop of the OST was gonna feel off.
• Autostart / Program arguments:
  This one is more for the technical users. Now, if you open Pizza Timer from the command line, or other program, you can use the argument "--timer X", being X the time that Pizza Time lasts in seconds.
  So, for example, if you type "PizzaTimer.exe --timer 120", when the program finishes loading, it'll automatically start Pizza Time with 2:00 minutes, skipping entirely the John Menu. 
  I'm quite excited about this one because it really has potential! Imagine a Pizza Tower mod that when you activate Pizza Time in-game, it also starts it with Pizza Timer. Now you'll really want to avoid a Time's Up! Or a Minecraft mod, but when you enter the Nether, Pizza Timer starts automatically with 10 minutes, or even a fully different game or program, that when a certain event happens, it opens Pizza Timer with the custom time!

• Bug fixes, or something, idk, I forgot what else I did in this update.

So, I hope you enjoy this update!
New ones won't be as frequent, but I plan to add Lap 4 with Snick.exe, War Timer (still have to think about how to implement this one), Lap 5, and John Ghost, but don't keep your hopes, as, they'll take a really long time, several months, or they're not implemented at all.

Also, working on an Android Port! Will be quite similar, but of course, won't have all the fancy stuff as this one. Will probably take several time too.
